  • EPAP is a registered nonprofit organization with EIN 99-3555599. However, we are currently not yet recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization by the IRS, which means donations are not tax-deductible at this time.

    We are actively working toward obtaining 501(c)(3) status. Once approved, contributions may become tax-deductible, depending on IRS determination and timing.

    Important distinction:
    Being a nonprofit and having an EIN does not automatically grant tax-exempt status. 501(c)(3) recognition is a separate IRS approval required for donations to be deductible.

    We are committed to transparency and will update our community as soon as our status changes.
